Terrible service. Shares customer information with other customers. If you request a return call from them they will not call. I have never experienced such a shady utility provider. Operating a monopoly enables them to require the customer to serve them instead of serving the community that pays their salary. I submitted a complaint in regards to sharing customer information and they did not respond. I requested a billing statement and didn't receive.
